Transforming Education in Norfolk (TEN) Group

The parent company of the TEN Group is the registered charity, Transforming Education in Norfolk (TEN). TEN plays a key role in setting the strategy for the federation as a whole and co-ordinates inter-institutional activities such as staff development and standards and targets.

Through a Senior Leadership Team, including the heads of each of the Group members, the TEN Group supports and oversees the management teams at each of the member organisations. It also has an appointed Group Chief Executive and a team of high calibre local Trustees.

The TEN Group appoints the majority of Directors/Governors at the member institutions and is responsible for the membership development of the Group. TEN Group also consolidates the accounts for the whole group and distributes surpluses back to the member organisations. It also sets Group policies and supports member development through a Research and Development arm.
